Diffuse My Hunger Essential Oil Blend

DESCRIPTION:

Diffuse My Hunger is a specialty blend of essential oils that curbs appetite and suppresses the need to snack during the day.  Simply add just a few drops to purified water and drink daily.  All Wellness Warrior essential oils are organic. This product is available in a 15 mL amber glass Euro bottle.

This blend contains only Love & the organic essential oils of Citrus paradisi (grapefruit), Citrus limonum (lemon), Zingiber officinale (ginger), & Mentha piperita (peppermint).

COMMON USES:

Use daily to curb appetite.

PROPERTIES:

Appetite suppressant, calming to the stomach and intestines, digestive. 

HOW TO USE:

Aromatic – Add 3-4 drops of oil to distilled water and diffuse; inhale directly by cupping your hands around an open bottle and breathe in deeply through your nose.

Internal – Place 1-4 drops of essential oil blend in purified water and drink daily, as needed.  Please only use glass containers and not plastic as essential oils may leach plastics from non-glass containers.

CAUTION:

As with all essential oils, it is important to test to see how essential oils affect you prior to using them in a full dose.  Please use a smaller dose to test for sensitivity before using in the full amount.  If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
